If you wish to cancel your order, please click on "CANCELLATION", fill carefully the format, then click on "SUBMIT"

Our team will contact you as soon as possible. The refund processing will take maximum 14 days and will be credited to your credit card account

DELIVERY

The delivery service works 6 days/week (Friday excluded). The delivery staff will come to your home within 4 working days for delivery in Great Cairo and within 7 working days for delivery in other areas, as from the date of your order. Someone must be home to receive delivery and sign the delivery order.

Delivery in Great Cairo and Alexandria is free of charge.

For Delivery to all other areas, please go to our SHOWROOM Locator and choose the nearest MASTERBED shop to your home, or call us.

The Company is not responsible for moving your furniture or bedding or taking back your old bedding equipment.

The area of delivery must be cleared before receiving the order, to ease delivery.
